Portillo's Hot Dogs - side

I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich, Italian beef sandwich, and a large order of fries and thought everything was just okay. The service here was the worst part though. I placed a order online for pickup and did not receive my order until almost half an hour after the pickup time I selected. So I was stuck waiting there for a while. Looks like the cake slices are getting smaller every visit

Ordered from this Portillos twice, and both times items were missing when the food was delivered. Not small items like peppers or sauce. Entire meals missing. Skip this one

Don’t bother yourself to order a curbside couple time I ordered from this location,always late more than 20 min from time,food is cold as and 1 time is give me the wrong item so i need to wait again 30 min for new order.

PLACED MY ORDER AROUND 10:36P.M. ON 11/19/21 IN THE AMOUNT OF $23.35.STAYED IN LINE UNTIL 12:12 A.M.
