Pho Home - side

I've been to a few vietnamese restaurants in the area but this place dishes were not the best as I expected. Pho noodle soup was a little bit too salty and doesn't taste like Pho at all. But our server was very nice on assisting us getting the food as fast as she can.

The pho soup base tasted like it was made from those packet of spice you buy at a vietnamese grocery store, so salty too. Sandwich was also terrible. Stay away!!

So I saw bun bo hue on the menu here, a dish that tells if a pho place is authentic enough. Ok checked. So I decided to give it a try as I was shopping there anyway. Well, it wasn't that good. Not bad but not good either. Probably this is because I missed the fact they they did not have chili oils instead of Sriracha to add spice.

The broth for the pho is amazing, deep rich taste. The brisket and the steak were amazing. The ribs also have an amazing subtle taste.

Amazing authentic taste, nice service. That's all you need.
