Oromo Cafe - side

I'm so disappointed. The customer service was awful. I ordered an oat milk latte and it was made with real milk — I was so willing to wait for it to be remade but the barista was SO RUDE to me. It wasn't my fault it was made wrong. I will never return. Yes it was busy but customer service is everything.

The greatest of the great. Traditional options, vegan options, and super foods. What more could I ask for? Simply delicious and it leaves you and your body feeling good. Highly recommend! Just be careful if you’re worried about time. It can get super busy sometimes.

WORLD-CLASS cafe. This is an incredible whole-mind experience: starting with the drinks to the music to even the material used behind the bar. It was great to speak with the baristas and the owner of the cafe (who is Turkish btw). Oh darling, consistency is key. If you loved Oromo when it first opened and everything was wow wow delicious, then I suggest you visit Oromo in Bucktown. I asked the Bucktown staff why their pastries were better made than the ones in Lincoln Square, I mean, they are the same pastries after all!, Well, it turns out they have a full time pastry chef (well, maybe not a chef, but you know what I mean) and that makes a HUGE difference consistency. The cafe is very charming. It is calmly ambient, with plants and sunlight. The workers are friendly. The space is good for studying and conversation. I was disappointed by the drink I ordered, it was a watery pecan pumpkin latte with little taste. I do want to try a different order in hopes that I'll have a better flavor experience, because the location and environment of this cafe is very appealing.
