MedKit has been a life saver for me throughout the week. Because of medkit I don’t have to think about what I’m going to eat every day but I also won’t resort to eating fast or expensive take out. MedKits meals are not only delicious but they provide macros so it is so easy to stay on track with being healthy. They have a large variety of meals to choose from, and I also love that they change the meals every so often to keep things interesting! They deliver on Sundays in the city if you choose the delivery option and they make sure you get your food before the start of the week. Thank you for making my life easier medkit!

I didn't really understand how it worked at first because they only deliver on sunday, but then I decided to order a few meals and give them a try. Let me tell you, WORTH THE WAIT! Food is so good. I'm on 10 meals a week now. Saves me so much time and I feel like i'm doing my body justice

Been eating Medkit for about 6 weeks now and wow do I feel the difference. 9/10 of the meals I’ve ordered were from the paleo/ whole 30 menu. I’m down 13lbs since I started and I don’t plan to stop. the food is SOO FREAKING GOOD! Happy that my food actually comes seasoned lol.
