I don’t write negative reviews often, but man was this a bad experience. First of all, I have no idea how this place was voted “best wings” in Chicago. We ordered takeout and the wings were soggy, cold, and lacked any real flavor. Furthermore, they got our order wrong. Customer service lacked any real professionalism in our attempt to correct the order. Seemed as though their was little interest in fixing an issue they caused. Overall, was not impressed with my first experience here….

The chicken was hard and old as if it sat under a lamp for several hours. Was told my food would be ready in 25 minutes, which gives the impression that they cook your food to order. It was hard to chew and not very tasty. I paid $18 for 8 wingettes. Not, at all, worth the buy. 4 wings eaten, 4 wings in the trash. I will never order food from there again. Honestly not sure how this place has over 4 stars. I also work for one of the hospitals in its vicinity. Perhaps I need to spread the word abo … – show
