Hyatt Chicago Magnificent Mile - side

The rooms are very spacious, but the light switches can be a bit tricky to operate. The location is excellent, just a short walk to the Magnificent Mile.

Stayed here because it was close to the Shirley Ryan Center. The second night we found bed bugs. Other than moving us to a new room late at night. The first room they moved us to had vomit in between the mattresses. The 3rd room was ok we think but couldn't sleep. We had to throw away our luggage and other belongings. The insurance company never returned my call on follow up. Never again.

Great location, great service, the rooms were very clean and the pool was fantastic. The price was very reasonable for the quality and location.

Traveled to Chicago for medical. Rooms are lovely! Food was amazing! Hotel is owned by the hospital and offers a discount. I have to admit, the discount isnt great.
