So luck to have this spot close to home. Delicious, innovative and traditional flavors. Bought the cookbook to try at home but can’t come close to the professional bakers here! Highly recommend

As an avid home baker, finding this place was equal parts dream and nightmare. The DREAM: an amazing assortment of pastries baked to perfection along with flaky pastry crust worth writing home about. The NIGHTMARE: How will my homemade pie crusts ever persuade my husband to eat in when Hoosier Mama is just down the street?! Egad, the bar has been set so high! Amazing work, HMPC team!

Pies are good, attitudes are HORRIBLE. I came in with my service animal, not to stay and eat, not to allow the dog in the kitchen, but to get a pie and immediately turn around and leave. I was holding my small dog to try and be respectful and immediately was met with a very unpleasant “dogs aren’t allowed”. I said I am in and out, can I grab a pie and just go. Kids brought back a frozen Chicken Pot Pie for my birthday. Baked as per instructions and is undoubtedly the best CPP I've had the please to taste. Basically a sumptuous buttery crust, heaped with chopped chicken, and then dusted with fresh veggies. The savory gravy is then topped with more crispy crust. This one is 90% chicken and 100% goodness. Baked up fine in my toaster oven and can't wait to eat the leftovers for supper tonight.

I was very slow to order for a carryout order, and I have to say that the staff was extremely patient with my indecisiveness. I ordered the large pot pie as well as three individual slices of pie and a sausage and parmesan pocket sandwich. The pocket sandwich is sort of halfway between an empanada and a calzone in size and is very tasty with a sausage filling that is reminiscent of breakfast sausage. The chicken pot pie was phenomenal.
