Hands On — Irving Park Rd. - side

The afternoon waitress is frighteningly rude. I know the owner is a delight, so this horror show of a waitress is doing harm to an otherwise lovely business. We are officially on a delivery only rule now to avoid her.

Love this place, food is delicious, service always so nice. Food is affordable.

This was horrible! I mean……I ordered my pad see ew and it tasted like vinegar and soy sauce. Super bitter and sour. Totally was not expecting this at all. Also the veggie egg roll was saturated in oil. No crunch at all but a lot of oil with each bite of the egg roll. I should’ve never cheated on my favorite restaurant. Make sure you stay away from this place.

Man, what a crazy experience, this place must be buying reviews because no way. Came with my mom, got a pad see ewe, it was overcooked so we sent it back, thinking nothing of it. We try to pay and they charge us for the overcooked meal, when we brought it up to the manager they said that since we touched it they're charging us, I said that was unacceptable because it wasn't made right.
