Przekaż informację zwrotnąWhat the chef does with vegetables is awe inspiring; don't miss the eggplant or broccoli, and I fervently wish I'd tried the carrots. The crêpe, biscuit and crab are every bit as worthy (the timing to serve things at once crispy and cold is on point), and the excellent service is on par with the food. I wish the tables were further apart and the dining room wasn't so loud, but I'll take those on the chin in order to eat here.
Let me preface by saying the food was 12/10, as were the cocktails. Creative and masterfully prepared, small shareable plates, and overall just a delightful and flavorful adventure. However, this is one of those restaurants where you have to be crammed side by side in tiny tables with barely enough room to get out. I don’t have one negative word to say about Giant. The food was delicious, but what really made this such a great experience was the service. The waitress asked if I we had food allergies and I told her I did (legumes) but that I am good about just choosing things that wouldn’t cause me any issues but she and the host staff (likely a manager) took the time to go item by item and give me a visual aid of what would be safe for me to order. This place is great! We had the trout roe amuse-bouche. Plates are to share, we ordered the biscuit, tagliatelle and the Japanese eggplant. Everything was amazing! Cocktails are good too.
