Superior food quality and really friendly staff. You can tell the owner and her son care about serving excellent Chicago-style dogs at good prices. Just don't ask them to put ketchup on it.;

Staff was rude, especially one of the cooks who was yelling and being inappropriate. The wait times are outrageous and they are terribly understaffed. I use to love this neighborhood spot but after a number of bad experiences I will never go back.

Came for the $11 burger special on Wednesday and WILL be back. Incredible.
