Rude waitsaff. At least they were consistently rude. I gave them 1 start for consistency.

We could have not asked for a better experience at Ever. It was everything we hoped for and more. The courses were beautiful and delicious. The service and the staff, amazing. Looking forward to future experiences at Ever.

Wonderful restaurant. Everyone there are very friendly, super nice and polite.

Great weekend in Chicago managed to hit Schwa, Alinea and Ever. All of them rocked but for very different reasons. Ever was simply a beautiful place with amazing people. We had a ball meeting the staff tableside and later in the kitchen. Folks were gracious and very very proud of where they worked and what they did. Teamwork was astounding! Food is okay. However, it was charged extra 20% service charge on top of the tips, so you are expecting to pay for around 38—45% besides food to dine here. Never experienced this before, and this is a 2 stars:
