Dunkin' - side

This location HIGHLY inflates their prices! Iced lattè at any other location is about $4, this one was $6! If I wanted to pay that much I would've gone to Starbucks and at least felt like I was getting my money's worth. This location ain't runnin on Dunkin they're runnin on greed and BS!

The WORST customer service ever! I came in for two blue berry cake donuts and a pumpkin spiced Latte, well, I got a mouthful of disrespect when I asked for my drink (One Time!! at the station that says “PICK UP”! The worker kept saying “we're understaffed”. I didn't ask that. Just want my latte! Work on your customer service skills!

Ordered Ice coffee with liquid sugar and got regular sugar and tons of cream looked like milk and a touch or coffee. I was in a rush and could not go back and complain.

Literally a line out the door, nobody taking orders at the counter, everyone focused on drive through only. I waited about 5 minutes before walking out. Can’t believe they just ignore the paying customers that come into the lobby, but lazy people are a priority??! Oh and their bathroom was “out of order”. Don’t waste your time here.

Wow i ask for a blueberry donut none and plain none and i told her ok tats fine and she respond the get off of my drive thru how rude u are who ever u are i hope i get fired soon u people need to stop coming here around 11:20pm they are so rude
