Cafe Selmarie - side

I love this place! It is a regular stop for me. The service is wonderful and the treats are always delicious!

I completely understand a business can get busy. After waiting 30 minutes I decided to call, apparently my food was just sitting on a counter getting cold. The clerk brings out the food and in an indignant manner informs me “we are busy.” That’s fine, but don’t tell me you will bring it out, I would have waited inside. Also a busy restaurant is no excuse for poor service or a cold sandwich. I will not be coming back.

The worst customer service. I was there at 3:10, Sep 3. Both girls were extremely rude. I am a regular customer for over 20 years but I will not go back.

Cakes are yummy, but didn't like that everything is being served in disposable packaging. Would it hurt to use reusable mugs, plates and cutlery?

Perfect restaurant/cafe for the area. Tip yo service workers, Lincoln square-ers.
