The worst customer service possible. It can’t get any worse. They refuse to weigh the bulk ice cream before selling it. And they want you to pay for it before they pack it. So it’s your guess how much ice cream you are going to get. I will be reporting this to the City of Chicago Weights and Measures.

The late night worker, I believe he was named Darell, was super cool! Despite being late at night he was very patient with us ordering and had a great attitude.

Ordered 4 different ice cleansing through door dash was charged 44.00 and received 2 of tge items we ordered. Do not recommend

I ordered three items for delivery and they not only got every single item wrong, but they didn't answer my phone the 5+ times that I tried calling. I've literally never had this kind of experience ordering food ever.

What’s the point of going out for ice cream if you get kicked out of the lobby? They also charged me $1 for a cup of tap water. What inept and out-of-touch management. It was a very good milkshake though! That’s why it gets 2 stars and not 1.
