Randomly added charges to the bill, seats are ripped up, hookah is faded and won't last more than 30 minutes without going bad. Tell me why they sent a bill with 44.83 and then when we go to pay Julie brings out a new bill with added charges totaling 57.66? They took the original bill and ripped it and randomly brought out this new one. Had to ask them to dig it out of the trash so we could get a photo and show them. That man Z in there is a real one. So I came up from Atlanta with my girl and my friends around closing time. He told me they were closing in a hour but I just explained to him we just got into town. He let us sit 30 minutes past closing time. He was on top of his game with all the other tables and attended to us. Made sure we had fresh ice and clean cups for our drinks. This place is really well put together. Was there last week and the guy who ran it on Saturday was very efficient. It was only him but he ran the place well. Think his name was Z. He made sure I was taken care of and shared a couple of conversations, if there was a way to put more stars on this review I would because he was running back and forth serving to customers and had no support. I had visited this place 3 times and liked the place. But yesterday when I visited a male servrer attended me hadnt seen him before(previously it was only female servers). So this guy was extremely rude with us(me and my bf) visited during the closing time 11pm and due to covid lounge closes at 12pm. This was back in March 2021. I can’t really speak much on the hookah, food or drinks because our server never attended us. When we walked in we immediately felt ignored because it took around 10 minutes for a host to even sit us down. It wasn’t even a busy night. There was maybe 3 other tables.
