Starbucks - Sicklerville

Always a good hold, drinks made right, personable staff and a clean facility. the woman and I enjoy it here.

This location is ridiculous and fails to meet typical Starbucks services. I decided to visit for a brief refresher and sandwich and catch up on emails.While doing this, I was asked to leave the sitting area because it was reserved for staff. Like how is it possible that customers are restricted from sitting??? Then I figured, no big deal. Maybe they have a team meeting. NOPE, for the rest of my time there, not a single employee sat at that table.Moving on, I waited for my beverage and sandwich for 20 minutes because they kept accidently giving my items away through the drive through. I hope the items made someone's day!Last but not least, there was one specific employee who was clearly upset about making drinks and coffee. He must have slammed the ice door 100 times and kept pouring out drinks and slamming the cups.Then he was banging on the trash cans and flapping around the bags as if they assaulted him. LOL, this guy really disliked his job, I almost offered him one.There was literally 8 people behind the counter, someone should have helped him.In short, I will not be coming back. SMH

I was expecting an awesome drink truly disappointed ?. I called the establishment and they refunded my money and remade my drink. Won't go back. The drinks are not the same quality of strength however the customer service is ?

I love this Starbucks so much. The staff is always so friendly and have always made me feel welcome. Drive thru or eat in, it's always a nice treat.

Horrible. Too bad you can’t give 0 stars. Ordered earlier today for my mom, sister and I and this is what was found in my sisters frozen drink! Manager said it could have been from when the machine was clean but if it was properly cleaned and inspected this wouldn’t have happened! Please people pay close attention to your frozen drinks!
