Ribs&beer Sibiu

Foarte frumos aranjat localul, in cadrul unei berarii locale. Berea foarte bună, servirea decentă.

The place is absolutely awesome! Starting from the location, decorations, staff, atmosphere and then…… there’s the FOOD! Absolutely insane ribs, especially the Dark Beer ones, the American, the Coke… any of them : the wurst is just like in Germany/Austria and the local craft beer, one of the very best craft beers we’ve ever had! Very yummy sauces and pretzels! If you are in Sibiu GO HERE! If you are not in Sibiu … go to Sibiu and GO TO RIBS AND BEER!

Party of two shared a platter and it was massive and really delicious. The ribs were smoky and very tender. The wings were crispy and pretty much ideal wings. Sausages and mici were juicy and succulent. Had the B13 lager and it was really tasty, made on-site and you can see their brewing setup which is always nice. They have a selection of beers, so if you want an IPA or some super dark saison, this may be your place, but they also have a lot of more pedestrian stuff so everyone can be happy. They also sell bottles to go if you liked what you had in the restaurant. The wait staff was very friendly and super attentive but not to the poont of being pushy. Located in a basement with some pretty trendy decor, not pretentious but fitting for a place called Ribs&Beer. All around great experience, recommend for anyone, but especially meat fans and people that love craft beer.

I was amazed by both the self-made beer and the rips. The rips were cooked so well, the meat almost automatically fell off the bones.
