The Queens Head - Shropshire

We were very pleasantly surprised with the beautiful warm feeling in the queens, apart from the fact that it burned a big log fire in the heart. beautiful staff, yes it is christmas and everyone is in a good mood, but we really enjoyed ourselves, thank you.

Absolutely top dollar as ever! You are our favorite!

My soulful with water-dressalate was ok, but a bit overcooked. Hubbie's lamb cuts were good. the restaurant is too brightly lit (in my opinion after).

Will always be our favourite pub! We took some of our friends with us for Sunday Lunch and as expected they were very impressed with their first visit to the Queens Head. We had the souffle, crayfish and salmon parcels and the salt and pepper squid for starters, followed by roast lamb, pork and beef all cooked to perfection as they say on those food programmes! Finished of with the cheese board and chocolate brownie which was all spot on. As always really friendly staff, fab prices and a lovely wine and beer list. See you again soon xxx
