Fantastic service and really good food!! Best weatherspoons I’ve visited!! Felt very Covid safe and staff were very polite and accommodating!!

Staff were beyond rude tonight, a completely hostile environment and not somewhere you would want to stay for long, we ended up leaving early.

Today me and 2 others were in spoons and the mangers who has tattoos is so disrespectful. I wouldn’t recommend dining here as she is so rude and just ignorant. Very disappointed in this

Used to love going here because I live in market Drayton so it’s quick and easy yet the past few time the staff have been horrendous (especially the manger). Me and my partner were having a meal and his friends walked in and sat with us half way through our meal )there were 5 of us on a booth). I noticed the staff whispering behind the bar next thing the manger walks over and tells us to move when we’re were eating our food because we weren’t complying with the rules. This was when you were allowed to meet 6 people from another household. I ordered some drinks on the app and I explains that and she didn’t seem bothered at all so I asked can I have a refund and I’ll leave and she just goes “ok” and walked off. I know it’s only weather spoons but it was disgusting the way she was with us and I will not be going back! Appalling customer service.

Everything you would expect from a pub chain, no complaints at all. The building is very nice. The staff is good and the tables are well spaced.
