Excellent food been going here over 20 years. Always the same standard. Never a disappointment. Well priced. Open kitchen to which gives you confidence

We went for dinner on Sunday. the grumpy waiter who took the food order looked quite annoyed I pointed this out ... we asked staff a question about a main course and he had no idea. struggled with English. Also he took drinks order and disappeared for 15 mins. food arrived and was cold. very disappointing. No one came to ask if we wanted more drinks or if the meal was ok... very slow service and not pleasant at all.....won’t be going again

Moved to Montford Bridge, so had been using Saffron Cottage. However, so much happier with quality, flavour and service from Tandoori Cottage. Worth the longer drive and food was hot foil containers clearly better for takeaways

We visit this restaurant frequently. The food is always delicious, and it's our favorite spot for takeout. We have also dined in a few times, and the experience was equally enjoyable.

The chicken tikka masala was overly sweet, especially when eaten with the onion naan bread. However, the lamb rogan josh was delicious. I would definitely return to the restaurant, but I would choose a different dish next time.
