I went to the shifnal balti as a business dinner in juli and told the waiter that I was a coeliac and needed to have a gluten-free meal, he said it would be in order and to speak with the server, I wanted to notice before I sit down, if I had said that the choice was so limited, then I would have left the restaurant to find another place that could. Really bad service. Go next door. hallo everyone just wanted to know that they all know my experience in the shifnal balti, I understand that everyone is different, but our personal experience was poor we did not order our food. when we arrived, we sat by a waiter who looked more glum. instead of then putting the table, he gave me my table goods while he wiped his nose to his height. he asked if we wanted a drink and before we could answer it. we didn't speak a word, but just came up and went to the royal bangol. a little dated in decor, but service 100% better. we will never talk the shifnal balti again. we were treated better in almost food restarents.

Just as we were seated a group of women came in who were very loud and we could tell they were intoxicated. They sat down, as a family we decided we would find somewhere else to go. We let the staff know that we were going to find somewhere else to go for dinner, however on hearing this we were seated somewhere else. After this, the women were informed of their behaviour, and subsequently left the restaurant of their own choice. We can safely say that the food here was without fault and we will definitely be returning! We really had a great experience here. As the other curry house in Shifnal was closed, both the restaurant and takeaway service were very busy, but despite this, the staff were very friendly and attentive.
