Lilys Tea Garden - Shropshire

I absolutely adore this restaurant. The food is always homemade and delicious, especially the homemade coleslaw. The view is stunning and the staff is very friendly and helpful. They only accept cash so make sure to visit the ATM beforehand. The prices are very reasonable. You will instantly fall in love with this hidden gem of a restaurant. They also serve cocktails and can host beautifully illuminated evening events.

This restaurant is a lovely spot for drinks and food, especially enjoyable on a sunny day by the river.

Lovely place to just sit and chill. Good food and drink selection. Something for everyone. Sit inside or enjoy the river outside. You wouldn't think you were in a town centre when your enjoying your food watching ducks and swans literally a few feet away. Staff are very friendly and have great sense of humour.

Had a one day visit to Shrewsbury. Tried Lily,s tea garden and we were not disappointed. Staff could not be more helpful. making sure our table overlooking the river Severn wasn't, wet after recent showers. Drinks were cheap and served by lovely and friendly staff. Food was homely and absolutely delicious . When rain unfortunately started again somebody was there instantly to help us move under cover. We will definitely be back next time we visit lovely Shrewsbury.
