Kings Head - Shropshire

This charming establishment is the perfect spot to grab a drink with your furry friend and enjoy delicious food. It's a shame that the kitchen closes at 5pm, but I still highly recommend it!

Excellent, Popped in here for a meal , I had the lasagna and was delicious and my Guinness was poured to perfection . Quirky little place and well looked after and very clean and tidy . It’s a nice place to chill for an hour away from the hustle and bustle.

Great to come for drinks with mates or for family to come for a great meal friendly staff and great atmosphere would definitely come come again

Came across the Kings Head whilst in Shrewsbury on a Sunday in August, the sign outside said Sunday lunch. We walked in and there were no other customers to be seen, a little unsure of what to expect we ordered drinks and 2 beef dinners. We were pleasantly surprised, the veg and broccoli/cauliflower cheese came on a sharing plate. The beef, roast potatoes and parsnips, Yorkshire pudding, along with a sausage and stuffing arrived on our plates. Food was delicious and there was more than enough. A very enjoyable Sunday lunch

This restaurant is a fantastic spot to relax and enjoy some drinks while chatting with friends. The staff is very welcoming and the atmosphere is child-friendly. They have a great selection of beers and a hidden beer garden that feels really safe. The building itself has a unique and eye-catching design that seems to defy gravity.
