Costa Coffee - Shropshire

Older grandchildren for a treatment but the male duty manager was very on his way and wise and clearly do not know/understand or care about the customer service or how the voucher system of the company works. the coffee was good, but the cinnamonbunken were stale....Do not want to return soon to this second of the costa.

I went here a few paintings in the past and was even bought into the app. the girls who worked there made the place right and was great, but the male manager. What should I say about this rude man? He doesn't know how to make 2 flat-white at the same time, and even my friend and insulted me. will not come back as long as he is here.

I am quite disappointed by the attitude of the male worker was quite rude to my friend. she bought food in which, after she was told, it was not allowed, said she would throw it away where we proceed to tell us to get out of the ground. not well done.

We popped here to get take-away coffee and cake during the Coronavirus crisis, when most other outlets have closed. It’s fantastic that Costa are still operating a take-away service, with contactless card payment only. We enjoyed our take-away in the Shrewsbury quarry park, where there...is plenty of seating. Alternatively, there is plenty of outdoor seating in the nearby market square. We will keep visiting to support this business during such difficult times.
