Burger King - Shropshire

I have food from here. what they would expect from a Burger King. the service was good, the staff was friendly and polite.

Order online I know that the order has been completely boiled so that we ask for the missing items to which we were told that there is nothing they can do because they have no drivers, everything they can do is after a refund of only. fuming is an understatement, why should I have to wait a week for 34 pounds from the bag and a ruined evening as it was a tasty bite for my young birthday. if I make a mistake like this at work, then we have to sort it there and then, no matter what cost for the company we certainly do not leave a customer short for their order and make them wait a week for a refund

At the arrival parking was like a dump, the restaurant was dirty floor, furniture high stacked not to welcome, no desert, no coffee was cleaned as a machine, could not have a bottle of coks instead, as this was only for home delivery. koks. of the machine was terrible as flat sugary water, food came under boiled and too salty, burger was dry and over boiled, bungalow was stale and dry.

A lot of BK-joints not very common and I am glad. visited this website today with bins overflowing, tables dirty and the high chair facilities disgusting. that's why four employees without customers just chatted. should be ashamed!

Typical Burger King food... delicious. Great service from the staff particularly from Jacob?? (I think) really friendly and enthusiastic made the experience much better. Food was out fast.
