The Kynnersley Arms - Shrewsbury

I stopped by for a pint while I was passing through, and it's now called The Mill. They have excellent ale at a very reasonable price, and they're very attentive to Covid safety measures. It's a pleasant spot in a lovely neighborhood.

Delicious food and great value! The carvery beef was excellent. The only downside was the foul language coming from the locals at the bar. It is what it is, and while I usually try to overlook things like that, I decided to speak up this time. The manager apologized, and I appreciated that.

We enjoyed a wonderful meal this evening (September 30). The portions were generous, making it excellent value for money. It's a lovely place to dine, and the staff were very friendly. I highly recommend it!

Dropped in for a meal last Monday night with my husband, son and his girlfriend. Two of us had the slow cooked belly pork, one had fish and chips and one had sausages in a giant Yorkshire pud off the specials board. All lovely meals and very generous and followed by equally yummy puddings. Didn't have to wait long and the staff where friendly and hard working. Would definitely reccomend and we will be back.
