Panera Bread - Shrewsbury

The dining experience was enjoyable. I ordered two pizzas, but I received two cheese flatbread pizzas instead of the cheese and sausage pizzas that I had ordered and paid for. The label on the bag even indicated "cheese flatbread and sausage pepperoni." It was a noticeable mistake. The manager offered to make me a new pizza, but I explained that we were already 15 miles away. He assured me that they would make it right in the future, but considering the lack of hospitality shown, it may be a while before we return. I would have preferred a credit on my Panera account instead.

This restaurant staff is excellent! I have gotten to know many of them by first name because I have a Panera coffee subscription and stop by almost every morning. They are quick, friendly, and sometimes even have my drinks ready for me before I even have to ask.

I will be visiting Isaac's on Pauline Drive. The service is excellent, the staff is very friendly, and the food is even better with a wider selection. At Panera, the staff is friendly and the restaurant is clean. However, the servings are small and the food is overpriced. I had to clear my own table and get my own drinks. For the price I paid, I should have taken my wife to Ruby Tuesday's instead.

Food is good, staff is friendly, but go in and order if you want your food correct. I have been 6 times in the past two months and the order has been wrong every single time. Sometimes it’s the wrong meat on the sandwich, sometimes it’s the wrong type of egg. This morning it there was no meat i the sandwich. Shame on me for not checking.

Expensive cup of soup! paid for soup and half sandwich. got cup of wonderful broccoli cheese soup and chips. Will not go back for lunch, for sure.
