Przekaż informację zwrotnąJust placed an order on the app and I got pasta and on the app I avoid the onions, when I called the store saying that my pasta came with onions the person the answered was like well in my receipt show with onions so I told him I can show him my recentorders and i specify no onions he said well nothing I can do about it!! This is such a poor customer service my meal is ruinedand I was really looking forward for that! But ok thanks for such an answer over the phone instead of fixing it, sad cuz weorder from them all the time but whatever I never do this type of things of leaving review but today with what he did and said Ifelt obligated to do so! Don?t like raw onions on my pasta thanks again
They don't even deserve 1 star. Ordered at 7:46pm tonight. It's now 10:15pm and we still don't have it. Called at 9:35 and were told it was going to be put in the delivery vehicle and on its way next. Still no food but we already paid for it. Terrible,terrible service. I'll be stopping buy tomorrow for my money back.
The worst service I have ever received in my life. Order was over 1.5 late with zero communication, no attempt to fix the situation, what an absolute joke of a restaurant. Do not waste your time or money here, you?ll end up with money spent and nofood.
I paid with a dominos gift card..there is no way to add tip if u pay with gift card..when ordering online. The order was so poor quality...raw inside...and no toppings...they made such order purposefully...driver was so in attitude....very poorexperience...this is not a good store to buy...do not waste money....order from different store....when u submit your review onorder...u get just basic points back for messing your order....there is no outcome of feedback as well.
They took 90 minutes and got my order wrong and only gave less than half my order worth of online points as an apology, but they expire in 30 days. Overall regretting not ordering Chinese instead.
