Taqueria La Michoacana Mexican

We come here often and haven't had a had a bad experience yet and the food is always great especially the tacos.

After following for months on IG, I finally made time to try this place out. I guess I walked in at an uninviting time. The hostess at the counter wasn’t very invested in the interaction, so after stepping away from the counter and scanning the menu for 10 minutes, I left. I expected to be offered a seat and an opportunity to order a cocktail, but that is not the rhythm here. Best authentic Mexican food I’ve ever had..no other place in Shreveport/bossier can compete. Pretty good

The food is amazing. It’s authentic as it gets. Other Mexican restaurants claim to be authentic but if they have anything with ground beef on their menu then it’s not authentic. If this restaurant has anything with ground beef it’s probably to cater for the lighter folk. Definitely give this place a try if you want to experience how authentic Mexican food actually tastes.
