China Bear - Shreveport

This is 1 of the better Chinese places we've found here. We prefer our sesame chicken to be crispy, this isn't. It also takes more like orange chicken, but it was good, if you can look past that. Their soups were good, but both the wonton egg drop needed a little soy sauce. The egg rolls were ok, but neither of us liked the spring rolls. Although, both had the perfect crisp. The Kung pao chicken and shrimp there shrimp lomein were very good.

Their chicken and brocolli with garlic sauce is one of our faves!!!

I called in my order and waited one because to get it after my arrival, no big thing. but when I came to stonewall, the steamed dumplings were without the sauce with which they usually come and the orange huh was terrible. I had commanded misunderstandings on several, but I'm done at this point.

This is the best food... always fresh and soo yummy!!!!! and the owners are amazing!!! I will always recommend them to everyone i talk to!!!!
