Panda Express - Show Low

I usually enjoy Panda Express, but this location has been a bit of a letdown. During my last visit, the orange chicken and Beijing beef were tough and overcooked, as if they had been sitting out for hours. While the flavors are usually great, the quality of the food this time was disappointing. Additionally, the customer service could use some improvement. If you're craving Panda Express, I'd recommend being cautious about visiting this particular location.

We came by to try out the beyond orange chicken and also ordered our normal 2 large sides of Chow mine, 1 large side of super greens and a sequence of veggie spring rolls for all. Tip: We buy the big pages / Treeboxes and ask for plates every time it saves us a bit of money. We eat mainly vegan food and we consider these meals our cheat days for obvious reasons. As always, for us, the quality and service were good and while I didn't get any photos this trip, everything looked good. I know that some reviewers have had some bad experiences here, but so far we had about a dozen good meals here and will eat here further when we get a craving.

Go elsewhere for any kind of quality service. We were made to wait 25 minutes for food they prepared because they were out. When our food came, they were the wrong orders and did not contain the objects we were waiting for. Precise card or exact cash payment only. Always out of food 2 hours before closing even on weekends. No support Show low Panda Express.

I ordered our food for 7 people, they were made of rice, so replaced by fried rice or noodles that was okay. For dinner was asked to move forward and someone would bring to us, we waited how 25 minutes finally my daughter went to see why the long waiting period, they had not one of the chicken dishes we ordered, so replaced by another that was okay. The problem was that someone could come to us and explained the problem instead of waiting so long. So we got our food and went home to eat (snowflake) began to dish all foods and miss some pieces of egg rolls and a meal. Too far to go back, but surely next time I will check all the foods before. You go. Not too expensive.

Love the food. But I love FORKS and SOY SAUCE more. Those are things the delivery drivers seem to miss every single time. Despite me telling them in multiple places to give me those items. It has happened more than 5 times where I have not received soy sauce or utensils. I am tired of this. One star. Id do less I'd I could.
