Yesterday we ordered a set of rolls and, to be honest, we were disappointed The story is this: the order was placed on the website at 20.02, they called back to confirm on 20.09, they clarified over the phone that the order would be delivered in 1.5 hours long, but ok.. they warned me, I agreed) then I was pleased with a cheese roll as a gift I was delighted, it could take an hour and a half and wait). An hour and a half passes, at 21.43 I call back the courier is on the way... no longer pleasant. 22.16 I call back it will be soon, even more unpleasant.. We received delivery at 22.24. As you understand, a cheese roll as a gift does not cover the wait of 2 hours 15 minutes. But the wait is about time, it’s not pleasant, but there is an even more unpleasant moment, these are the rolls themselves, which were prepared a long time ago, most likely for delivery at 21.40. In fact, this is what was indicated on the check. In the end, we ended up with fairly dry rice... sad. In the notes, I asked for less wasabi and ginger and more soy sauce, but even with the gift roll, there were only two packages of sauce delivered for two people. Is this really such an expensive product that they save so much on it? On the plus side, the fish was delicious; in terms of quantity, the Fusion set is just a good dinner for two. So guys, of course you are great, but not very good. With such competition for sushi delivery in Shostka, you can somehow take care of the service.
