Dunkin' - Shorewood

The morning staff at this restaurant is consistently friendly and efficient, ensuring that the drive-thru line moves quickly. While there have been occasional instances of burnt coffee, overall they do a great job. The menu offers a good variety of options, and they even give our dog a small cup of whipped cream when she joins us on car rides. Our dog loves going on Dunkin field trips! Thank you to the Dunkin team members for their excellent service and friendliness each time we visit.

This is my favorite Dunkin' Donuts location! The staff members are all hardworking and very friendly. I was disappointed to witness a woman yelling at some of the employees this morning. They were all performing their duties excellently, especially Vanessa!

Good service great coffee, and people actually wear masks in the store...

This place at best is a 50/50 shot at getting your order right. I can't tell you how many times I've visited and gotten black coffee. I can't stand coffee. Buy when I get home home and open the lip. Black Coffee

Terrible quality food. Didn't even properly lid my hot coffee or put one of those stick things in it so the coffee doesn't fall out. Probably the worst Dunkin. Management is obviously careless about their quality of work.
