Everything was good but the chicken wild rice was totally ruined with way too much cream, and had to ask for bread with our entree. Edit: Disappointed in corporate for not following up when I emailed them like they asked.

Sad when your server forgets to bring water to the table, utensils, and then worst of all...forgets to come back and take our orders after 30 minutes of waiting.

Arrived with no wait but were not seated for almost 15 minutes with no servers or hostess in sight. Took a while to get an appetizer and drink ordered (soda). Also ordered deep dish pizza at the same time to get it going. Appetizer took quite a while and came out very well done. Pizza wasn’t far behind but was way overdone with burned spots, burned sauce on the crust, etc. Overall service was rough but it did not appear very crowded and food was not great. The night out was bot worth the drive and roughly $50 tab. Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair access is easiest thru the hotel entrance. Plenty of low top tables, easy access around tables.

Yesterday, I had an unpleasant experience at your establishment. I arrived with my partner and grandson and ordered a salad. After consuming a substantial portion of my meal, I discovered insects in my food. This discovery was deeply unsettling and disappointing, particularly given the absence of any managerial intervention to address the situation. Although our server promptly removed the salad from our bill and provided attentive drink service, the incident raised concerns about the cleanliness and food handling practices in your kitchen. The lack of proper vegetable cleaning and overall kitchen hygiene is concerning and requires immediate attention. I am compelled to reconsider my patronage of your establishment in the near future.
