Starbucks - Shoreline

It’s very funny how I write a review and explain, in detail, how bad the service was, and the review never gets posted. Where is it going? Is Starbucks censoring these reviews?

Saturday 9/9/23 both lady they did exactly what I instructed them which is usually not happening In Starbucks branches, specially the branches inside the grocery stores but not today.

I wouldn't recommend this place this was the worst place also they made my coffee wrong and I told them and they said yes and the cashier said no and telling me I'm too addicted to coffee which I'm not they should fire that women and they put a shot in my latte which I don't like it.

The coffee at this restaurant is fantastic, and the old fashioned donut is delicious. The staff is very friendly and cheerful.

There was no sign indicating the closing time of the restaurant. I was refused service at 7:03pm. It seems like closing promptly was more important than serving customers. I will not be returning as a customer.
