Menchie's Frozen Yogurt - Shoreline

I live nearby and have tried to stop by 3 days in the past 10 days and all 3 times they've been closed. The first time they were closed they had a sign that said closed for the day. Sign isn't up anymore. No idea if they've been closed this entire time since then.Edit: 4/26 im back again two days later! There's a new sign up saying this location is closed until further notice. Looking inside the windows I see several of the yogurt machines are missing.

Something off about the ice cream, like a chemical perfume taste. Also workers had no customer service skills. I asked them for a waffle cone, asked twice after trying to ignore me. The little girl working in there was kinda b y, the guy was a bit awkward. Wouldn’t trust this particular shop

Their sign literally says to ask for a waffle cone so we asked, and they said they don't have any. They usually make them on the spot from what I've seen if there aren't already at least two on display. Waffle pieces are quite good for an offset of crunchiness to the yogurty goodness. Their fruit selection is tiny now. Used to have strawberries, blackberries, kiwis, blueberries and cherries, now it's only strawberries and blueberries. They also had their magic shell and melted marshmallow in the wrong containers. It's been awhile since I've been to menchie's I'll admit but coming back to see it like this, I'm super disappointed.

Last several visits the floor and counters were filthy. Needs serious cleaning. Most machines were empty.

This is the worst mechie’s i’ve ever been to, they opened 30 mins after their actual opening time, it was disgusting in there, there were frozen yogurt all over the dispensers, it looks like no one cleans up PLUS we got there only 45 minutes after they opened so it’s not like it was super busy and people made a mess, they clearly just didn’t clean up from last night. the worker there was terrible and she was on her phone the whole time, things were out of order and she didn’t even mention that they were out of order until i asked her and she said that she forgot to put a sign on the ones that were out of order. this place is disgusting.
