Wendy's - Shirlington

Very busy when I was there, but my order was handled promptly. The food was very good overall, but the fish sandwich I got was a little underwhelming in flavor. Could've used more seasoning and/or pickles.

The question remains: who's the real slim Shady? ... Marshall Lawson, please stand up! I mean, what about Stanley?! This is not fair! Hahaha, crypto speaks Arabic ? asleep ? even in a Diner ? ?

They always forget my drink and when I tried to tell the druve thru cashier he forgot my drink he told me he had already given it to me? He had not. It was weird.

Update: Personnel are trained and compete BUT I found RAT POOP in my bag of food! I squished it to see if MAYBE it was a piece of meat but nope…it’s huge, the shape of rat poop and grainy/sand texture. I squished a piece of meat from the burger and it was a different texture. IDK if the young woman with glasses was being spiteful just because I asked if I could add one small sandwich to my order when there was no one else behind me in drive thru! Disgusting behavior and a health hazard!Old Review: I usually have a good experience at this Wendy’s compared to other locations BUT not anymore ever since they got new staff. I miss the older staff that used to be there, they were quick and very knowledgeable. Now, the new younger staff is slow, rude, and incompetent. Just last night they weren’t letting me use my free sandwich reward that I had and were talking to me like I was an idiot. I go to this location once a week and know how the app/rewards work, so it wasn’t my fault there was an issue with the employees processing the reward. They need to bring back the older staff and train all the new staff because they are lacking!

Breakfast was good. Service was awesome and attentive.
