Panera Bread In Arl - Shirlington

Food is always out quick and is fresh. Very busy location and not a lot of seating, but I typically order for pickup and the food is always ready within the 10 min window. Great location.

This location is always busy, hence not enough staff/time for keeping the restaurant really clean.

Good quick food. They are able to move a huge line of people through very quickly. I do wish there was more seating.

I ordered a cup of oatmeal expecting to have fresh made oatmeal. Instead I got frozen oatmeal microwaved in a plastic bag. How hard is it to make fresh oatmeal and add the mix ins later on?

Of all the Panera Bread I have ever visited, this is by far the worst. Unfortunately I am a regular because of the location. All but one of the managers lack management qualities. I 've heard comments from kitchen staff such as let me know, ill spit in his food, he doesn 't want to push us and I look around like did he really just say that? I expect other employees to crush that, if not the management. I 've had five too many bad experiences to bother to want to go into detail. If you 've got gobs of patience for incompetence, lots of time to get your order and to correct your order, and are ok with occasionally not hot coffee, by all means this is your place. Tip: Lunch rush starts at 11:55 and is out the door by 12:10. The good news this seems to be the only time of the day they 're hauling butt!
