Capriotti's Sandwich Shop - Shirlington

I had a few issues with this order. The main issue is that I found a plastic bag tie in my sandwich. Thankfully I noticed it before eating it! In addition to this, the order took a lot longer than the cook said it would.I ordered online through GrubHub, and it listed it at 15-25 minutes until it was going to be ready. I came in at 30 minutes and they hadn't started on it. I was told 5 minutes by the person at the counter (6 by the cook behind her) and had no problem waiting. My wife and baby were waiting outside, which I didn't think would be an issue for 5 minutes. The food didn't actually come up until 30 minutes after I arrived. I understand they may be behind, but please be honest with how long it will actually take to make the food.Food was fine, but a bit overpriced for what you're getting. I've lived here for two years and never got around to going here. Now I know I wasn't missing much but a waste of time.

Ordered a sandwich and it looked nothing like the pictures. Portion was extremely small. They totally ignored my preferences too n forgot to add certain things. It was mostly bread. They also took over 30 minutes to fulfill my order. Had my first Uber driver cancel the delivery. N Uber eventually sent another driver. Horrible experience. I spent 20 bucks for a halfassed, tiny portion bad tasting sandwich.

Capriottis is THE place to get a cheesesteak or a bobbi... thats a turkey sub with cranberry sauce and stuffing.. the Arlington locations staff are super friendly and offer quick service with a smile.. thank you

Already love this place. They have the best sandwiches 100%. But what makes this place even better is how they treat their customers. We had a little mess up on an online order with them being out of ingredients for one sandwich. They immediately called us to tell us we could either cancel the order or get something else. We decided to cancel the order. However I never got a refund and just called to see if they could do so. The manager we spoke to, Lawrence, was absolutely amazing. He not only apologize profusely but decided to make our sandwiches asap for us. He gave us some freebies as well as an apology as well. We were very appreciative of the way they treated the situation. Would recommend this restaurant to everyone!

My daughter and I are in town for a few days and went looking for a local sandwich shop. We walked into this place, completely on a whim, and had a wonderful conversation with Lawrence, the General Manager (super friendly guy). I got the Classic Italian and my daughter got the Classic Cheesesteak. Both sandwiches were AMAZING!!! We will definitely be going back before we leave town. Highly recommend.
