Open Road Open Mind. Most of us are very particular when it comes to Chinese Food. As a rule, my wife and I only go to Chinese out of town with people from the town we are visiting. With that being said, after a month in the Philippines we took a road trip back home from Ca to Tx. We took a detour and headed to the four corners monument. Close to our destination is the town of Shiprock. I yelped for Chinese and was awarded the restaurant of Bamboo house. The place is not luxury but, the food stole the show. By far it was one of the best Chinese meals cooked by Filipinos that I have had in years. The taste of the Lo Mein was on point and the BBQ pork with veggies was tender and tasty. Please stop and eat here. If you don't absolutely love the food, I will fight you. Enjoy your travels.
