Vik's Kitchen Shimla

I never saw a birthday cake go so fast that even in the last hours of the day EVER! It was so good. Thank you for everything! Everyone chased his cake: not like normal boring/dry birthday cakes. The house delivery in the last hours of the day was not easy, but you made it possible.... Thanks for everything...

Have order cakes at 9 a.m. for my mother in the law birthday ... have tried every option by using many big portals, but no one is able to give there deliveries on the same day ... then Vik's kitchen contact details Mr. Vikrant found by searching local shops for cakes on Google ... and I personally say thanks to Mr. Vikrant for receiving the same day delivery and even he baked fresh cakes for my order, since he really has no longer estimated cake...

Vik's Kitchen is a real example of how all restaurants and restaurants should be. A perfect mix of good food, warm ambience and excellent customer service. I had some food in her restaurant and it was an unforgettable experience... as a result that if I need to know that they're making home deliveries, I couldn't be happier. The first order I placed with them was not on my expectation of Vik's Kitchen from previous experiences... but I understood how during these difficult times there was lack of personnel and everything. When I shared my feedback that the person who edited the WhatsApp for this restaurant was asked, the answer I got was overwhelming. Despite my first customer for online orders, this person took over his responsibility to make my experience better and insisted that he made me one of the articles that were strictly under his supervision. I couldn't take the order, but thanked him for his friendly gesture. But he didn't forget and when I placed my next order after a few days, he gave me a generous discount. Not only that, he prepared my order under strict supervision and the result was remarkable... like my previous experience with this restaurant. I'm not a fan of Indian Cuisines so they haven't tried in this restaurant, but their Chinese dishes are dying as they have a very authentic Chinese taste to them and not the desi Indo Chinese taste. White Sauce Pasta is another hit and a must try. I tried two pizzas from a kitchen and loved the Hawaiian pizza. Overall, the food quality, quantity and taste are on point...and a customer service that goes out to make every experience better and happier is a bonus every day. How to walk Vik's kitchen... We had a great experience at Vik's. After a whole day of travelling and ending up at disappointing tourist trap restaurants, it seems like a blessing the experience we had at Vik's Kitchen. First, the place was very clean. The washroom especially was sparkling. We ordered Paneer Butter Masala, Dal Makhni and Naan. They said it will take 15-20 minutes for food to get prepared. The food actually arrived in 15-20 minutes. I never expected that it was going to be the best Paneer Butter Masala I ever had in my life. It was not over spiced, there was no oil floating around as you see in most restaurants. Dal Makhni was good. It was plain and simple without the usual heaviness you get at most places. The Naans we had, there were really delicious. They were soft but crunchy, with a smoky flavour. But the Naan service was slow. The bill came to Rs. 700 for 4 people. So around Rs. 175 per person. I think this is value for money. Our waiter was a tall broad shouldered guy. He was extremely polite, and gentle when serving. He answered our questions to the best of our satisfaction. Lastly before going I bought a dark forest pastry which was priced Rs. 79. It tasted good. So by far this has been one of the best places I have had food in Shimla.
