Texas Roadhouse - Shiloh

This is the worst Texas Roadhouse I’ve been to. They seem more interested in making money than providing good service. The managers, especially Laura, do not handle things well, and I’ve had numerous issues with her. It’s ridiculous that they charge for butter, which should come with the bread. Nobody wants to eat dry bread! They also never cook the steaks the way I ask. Overall, I would rate the food and service as a 1 out of 5, and the atmosphere is equally disappointing.

The food was excellent, and the staff was very friendly. I dined in for dinner, and my meal cost around $20–30 per person. Both the food and service were outstanding, earning a perfect rating of 5. The atmosphere was also delightful, receiving a score of 5.

Jordan informed us that he could split us into groups of 5 or 6 and that the wait would be approximately 30 to 35 minutes. We agreed to wait, but after 45 minutes, during which over 100 other patrons were seated, I returned to the host stand and requested to be seated with 2 or 3 members of our party at separate tables, whatever would get us in faster. I was then told that separating the party would actually take even longer, and Jordan reiterated that I had been told the wait would be 35 to 45 minutes. While waiting, I overheard him offering other customers the option to be seated in the bar area, which is on a first-come, first-served basis. Frustrated, I asked to speak to a manager, but after waiting for 5 minutes without any response, we decided to leave. After an hour with no call, we chose to dine at Buffalo Wild Wings instead, where we spent $300. Jordan's attitude bordered on rude, and he seemed annoyed when answering my questions, never even mentioning the bar area as a potential seating option. Overall, service and atmosphere received a rating of 1.
