J-Angelo's Pizza - Shickshinny

Pizza is pretty decent and the only shop open on Tuesdays so that's a bonus!

Was looking for something I can pickup on the way to work and I ended choosing this place. I ordered the chicken cheese steak and I was expecting above average since this area has tons of of them. And when I tell you as soon as I opened the box before walking out I knew this was going to be a downhill experience from the start. When I tell you after each bite there was more and more disappointment. I can't stress enough the base need of some seasoning was non existent. Usually adding hot sauce to anything that doesn't taste the best you can mask it but I shouldn't have to drown it.... If you're looking to waste your money and have a below average food then this is the place to go. The only good part about the sandwich was the reaction from when I gave other half to a co-worker and after they took the first bite they set it down closed the box and tossed it in the trash.

Years ago the food was decent, today not so good , eggplant parm was disgusting to the point my wife got sick and had to throw up. The Lasagna started out ok but when I got 4 bites into it and found it loaded with mushrooms,that was the end for me. Plates were smoking hot with Luke warm food . Garlic knots were like they were in the display case most of the day . Guess I should have known better pulling up to it 5:00 on a Saturday night and the place was empty.
