Chuka Soba Aoba Nakano Main Store

Oh my goodness. This tsukemen is incredibly DELICIOUS!!!! I just love love love it!! The soup is something that I’ve never had. This is a next level. I just had so many choices for ramen for lunch in this area near Nakano station but I definitely made the right decision!! I will come back here again!!!!

A great local ramen spot at Nakano's shopping street. Food were awesome, but a little bit pricey ~10% more) than other local ramen shop. Ramen is tasty and got a nice vibe to the spot.

Aoba serves a rich fish based soup with classic toppings cooked perfectly. The Chashu was tasty and noodles at the right texture

Just excellent ramen here. Had the special chuuka soba 1080円。Chasshuu instantly melts in your mouth. The menma was also amazing. I like how the shop opens onto the street. The fish and meat broth was filled with umami. The price is also reasonable.

Came back years and still 1 of the best chuka soba, it’s on the light favor side be prepare it’s not your thing chashu 15/10 just too good as always Yudetamago: 10/10 Soup base: 9/10 it’s a light one so very great to drink it all Noodles : 10/10 unless you prefer pasta Bamboo shoot : 9/10 they are unique, thicker side that might turn down some ppl
