Saltgrass Steak House - Sherwood

Here with a large group of people. we get the dipped tweezers, pickles and pfeffer for appetizers, of which everyone seemed to enjoy. for our meal, most got different steaks and had no complaints from which I know. my steak was perfectly cooked (medium rare). the sides were generous. service was great. the foundation was clean. they would have visited again.

Great service and the place is clean. the appetizer part of the fried tweepers is perfect to share until you eat ready, they can ask for another sose to go with him. they also get free bread. my family wasn't a fan of the potato soup. my man has taken a bite, our oldest daughter, the youngest daughter, and even our 10-month son has taken a bite and not really liked it, so I'm sorry that a hole-shot suppe was was was was was wasted. not sure how it would have been done if we had told them because my husband, like his, would just leave it. I think they would have replaced it or taken the bill, but they would have to ask them themselves. everything else was great!

My server was great, and everything but the steak was great. When I order a medium, I don't expect the majority of the steak to be rare at best. The center was almost raw. I asked for a compensation for not being able to eat roughly half of my meal, and the manager acted put off by my request.

Perception is reality. We arrive at 1:40 PM a party of 4. We finally got our food at 2:40 PM after I asked another server to check on the food. An 8 or 10 top party arrived about 30 minutes after us. They received their food before us. After asking for the ticket, we wait another 30 minutes for the server to return. When she returned to the area, she had cashed out the large party already and was bring them their receipt. When I tried to address it with the manager Kenny he insulted my intelligence by saying it depends on what was ordered. There was no empathy for us arriving at 1:40 PM and not getting our food until an hour later. So you are telling me a 4 top that arrived 30 minutes before a larger party was able to get their food and cash out before a 4 top? If you are a person of color beware. The food was good but I will NEVER visit the Sherwood location again. By the way, we still tipped the server.

Best meal we have this year from a steak house! the range rattler was a great start to our meal. had the red fish and my beautiful woman a steak and she finished every bite because it was tender from the first to the last! my great son had the steak and said just like three words next to yum! yum!
