This Wendy's in the Edmonton area is absolutely terrible. I would give it 0 stars if I could. The customer service is practically nonexistent; the staff is rude and uninterested in helping customers. The food quality is subpar. Once, while in the drive-thru, the car in front of me was playing Spiderman on their back window screen and I watched a quarter of the movie while waiting. The management is so poor that I am considering applying online to become the manager and firing everyone there after my next bad experience.
I revisited this restaurant and had a bad experience. I used to work at this location when it opened in 1989 under managers Bruce, Clarence, and Lida. I learned the importance of customer service, quality food, and fast service. Unfortunately, this location is not living up to the standards I was taught. I was not greeted, told the price, or thanked for my business. The cashier just waved the debit machine at me without any communication. This lack of manners and service is disappointing. I hope to see improvements soon, otherwise, this location may not last. Wendy's Wye Road, step up your game. I will wait for a sign saying "Under New Management" before returning. This was a horrible experience.
This is probably one of the worst managed, Wendy's, I have ever been to. The staff is lazy beyond mention. 10 minutes after they're breakfast menu ends, they stop serving breakfast. But any other Wendy's will serve breakfast until 12:30pm. Not only that, but terrible listeners at the drivethru. Then when you get to the window and receive half of what you ordered, they're quick to charge you again for the food that was missing from your original request. Terrible customer service. Stay away from this location!
Drive thru order -after I orderedNever prompted me to “pull ahead “ or price of my order -Sat by ordering micro phone for 1 min then assumed ok I will pull ahead .Got to window person there just waving debit machine, not saying a word -Asked what is price -Very grumpy reply of order total priceNo please , nothing !!!!Got meal to find out they gave me a spoon !!!! For my salad !!So this is common customer service? WowMay as well be robots there!!!Never to return horrible service !!!
