McDonald's - Sherwood Park

I'm really impressed with how the counter reps at this Mcdonalds treat their customers. Not only are they all friendly and outgoing with me when ever I roll up to the front counter to place my order. I always seem to get the orders I want and always on time. Their cheese burgers are just as great as those inviting smiles that always are ready and willing to take my orders . . .and always on time! This was without question the fastest service I have ever received using the drive through. Outstanding. It took one minute from ordering to delivery. Remember always ask for ketchup as it was not included with my take out items. My fault, no theirs. Food was hot as always, excellent quality.

Worst mcdonalds I have ever been too. The staff and management are rude and the restaurant was dirty. We walked around trying to find a table that was clean it was not busy at the time

The Kaska McDonald's has to have one of the best crews in the country! They are always quick to serve customers and they rarely, if ever, make a mistake.

Well asked four times for ketchup and received none. My food was like cold left overs as nothing was even warm. The corporation should do a detail inspection of this place. Due that very poor.
