Local has one of the best fish and chips and burger in town. It is worth the try and very good service.

Great place lots of families and couples. Tv's everywhere ball hockey and shuffle board plus bochi ball court. Huge doors open up the whole front of the building. The food is very good and lots of craft beers. There's always a game to watch!

Every time I've had the chance to go for a bite, beer and visit with friends to the Local Pub in Sherwood Park, it's been an awesome experience! $4 draft craft beer pints (happy hour) and wait staff/management that go the extra mile for you.........on a warm/sunny day they open up the back part of the pub which is the patio area. It's one of my favourites! Outstanding fish and chips.........2 large crispy, sea salted, beer battered basa fillets served with homemade tartar sauce (ask them to bring you a double helping of that) served with a slaw and fries. A couple extra bucks and you can get the sweet potato fries instead........a great alternative. I've had a lot of beer battered fish in my lifetime and this one is tough to beat. The only way to possibly improve on it is to use halibut or cod in place of the basa. One way or the other, you won't be disappointed!The burgers are also very good too. The buns are made fresh daily and can often be seen fresh out of the oven and cooling on the rack by the front door upon your arrival.Staff are always very accommodating and friendly........definitely gives you a neighbourhood feeling!Can't wait to go back........it's a great place to visit and hang out with friends.Highly recommended:)

First time here; menu looked amazing and so it was hard to choose. I chose Sesame Ginger Chicken Salad. It came out looking pretty good but my first and subsequent bites were less than amazing. Avocado was among the ingredients but the pieces were small and hard to find. The chicken was okay and the rest of the salad ingredients were average - the odd thing was that there were a few blobs of the sesame ginger dressing poorly distributed throughout. When you got a bite of the dressing things were definitely better. Service was very good as were the drinks. The shuffle board provided a diversion for the child with us while we waited. Another member of our party had the Chicken Tacos; the salsa looked good but tasted totally of Sriracha. Another had Fish Tacos - they were okay but nothing special

It's a sports bar but more. Out door seating with roll up doors that even if you're inside you feel An airy environment. Can be noisy when crowded or major sporting events.But the fresh food is wonderful with very attentive service.Good fresh beer selection and a varied menu with excellent choices.They bake there own buns for burgers and sandwiches that make a huge difference in taste and flavor Of burgers and sandwiches. The Ahi tuna sandwich was spectacular.
