Barburrito - Sherwood Park

This place is amazing! Despite being a first-time visitor, the staff member helped me pick out some great options. The setup is similar to Subway, where you can select your toppings. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and definitely plan to return!

The food was just as delicious as always, but unfortunately, the two staff members were quite rude. They spoke disrespectfully about me and another female customer, and even laughed at their rude comments while in the back.

The meal was excellent with exceptional service. My son thoroughly enjoyed his dish. My only suggestion is to have more disinfecting wipes available for customers.

So ill to say that we really like the burritos here and do not have really problems with eating. this 2 stars is due to a bad service experience. my wife recently went there to get a gift card. there was a problem with the machine that was good. when the hired one manager called to see it, my wife wrote me. the phone made a sound and the employee asked if she made a picture of her. she didn't write me and say so much, but the hired insisted on it and didn't believe her after she showed her gallery. it was really bizarre and unprofessional behavior on the team.

We had an event catered by this location; the guests loved the food and we were able to accommodate for keto diets and food allergies. The ordering and pick-up was easy, and the food was delicious. The burrito bowls and quesadillas were a favorite; everything was fresh. Thank you for the great service and experience!
