Birch took our attention, needed a nice meal and looked for something delicious and a place to feel relaxed before you drive back. Birch didn't disappoint. Wow, this place exists in this city we've never heard of. Unexpected. Relax. Feels like good food. What we ordered: Potato soup, Hamachi sashimi, egg yolk pappardelle and burgers. We loved everything except the Burger. Burger, meat was a little dried and bungalow was cold and dry tasting, just didn't taste like that from the same kitchen. I'm not a potato soup, but they convinced me! Sashimi, delicious reminds us of Uchi Austin, big ceviche would order much more. Papardelle, hands better than any pasta I've ever had. Caveat, we didn't have a great meal in a few days. In addition to the great meal in a small town beautiful food experience and cost, their first day on the job, Nick the Bartender, had some fantastic mocktails. Loved the honey vanilla with orange toe ice coffee (something so). Overall highly recommended. Great food. Great experience. Great service.
Visits for the new menu. Probably the best dish I had in Sheridan was the lambcuffs with Farro incredible. New whisky cocktails were very good. Pig laces and pork laces both delicious. And the atmosphere and customer service remain perfect. We're lucky to have Chef Travis and Heather Sorenson in Sheridan.
Wanted to eat here forever and finally had the opportunity a few weeks ago. Love the atmosphere, very fresh and clean, a simple elegance. My cocktail was also very fresh/fun (Lavendel/Lilac something? . I guess the owner/cook in the cook remains visible in large corner area. Our sushi appetizer was so delicious we ordered a second. The Halibut of my friend was maybe a 1/8. Transfer, but he still enjoyed and my pasta was thrilled. My favorite place to dine in Sheridan. Watch details.
This place is unforgettable. Service was very good. The food was excellent and had unique dishes. My rating for Birch is 4.6.
Beautifully composed dishes. Midwestern ingredients done with a refreshing take. Ryan was the best server you could have knowledgeable about the food and wine.
